Junior Golf Academy at the Links at Union Vale
The Links Junior Golf Academy will return for an 11th year in 2025. PGA Member and Head Professional Pat Sullivan will lead the instruction with assistance from his Assistant Golf Professional and fellow PGA Member, Travis Banks. Both Pat and Travis are US Kids Certified Coaches and Top 50 Instructor Honorable Mentions as well as Certified Coaches in the Positive Coaching Alliance.
The program will consist of 8 one-week sessions beginning Monday June 30th and running through Thursday August 28th. There will be no Jr. Academy during the week of August 5th to August 8th.
The focus of the Academy is to introduce golf to new and young players as well as building the skills of continuing players all while focusing on having fun and building lasting friendships. Our Academy is designed for new and returning golfers aged 6 – 14. Whether new to golf or aspiring to compete at local tournaments and on scholastic teams, The Links Junior Golf Academy can help all players reach their goals.
Each week, golfers will be grouped together by age based on enrollment and into smaller groups each with an instructor. Each weekly session will run Monday thru Thursday, drop off time is 8:00 am and pick up is 12:00 pm. Students will learn the fundamental requirements of the golf swing including long game (full swing), short game (chipping & pitching), putting, strategy, and course etiquette.
The cost of a weekly session is $309 per golfer. Registration must be done at our website www.luvgolf.com.
