The Awards Program is:
FREE to join
Everyone is eligible – members and non-members alike
No membership card is required. Once you create an account, all eligible purchases will automatically accrue points in our computer system.
Accrue points with every purchase of green fees, carts, practice range and golf shop merchandise.
Accrued points can be redeemed for rounds of golf, the driving range and carts anytime during the 206 season.
AWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Membership in the The Links at Union Vale Awards Program (the "Awards Program") is available to all Links customers at no cost. A Customer Awards Account is established when the customer “opts” in and completes the form giving their full name along with a valid telephone number, email address and zip code. Your account will be credited with Awards Points each time an eligible purchase is made. As Award Points accumulate they can be used toward green fees, carts and practice range.
Membership in the Awards Program is optional, and you may elect not to participate.
Membership in The Links Awards Program is open to all Links customers. Establishing a valid Awards account is the only prerequisite for membership. A valid account requires a first and last name, a valid telephone number (cell or landline is acceptable), a valid email address and your zip code.

Once your Awards account is established, Awards points for every eligible transaction will be credited and accrue in your Awards Account.
All purchases of green fees, carts, practice range and Pro Shop merchandise are eligible for Awards Points. Please note that shipping and handling charges, taxes and food and beverage purchases are not eligible to receive awards points under any circumstances and will be excluded in calculating the number of Awards Points on any given transaction. Awards Points are awarded only the actual amount paid for any given order; after discounts, special offers, etc. are taken into account and excluding shipping and handling and taxes. By way of example, if you present a $10 off green fees coupon toward a $65 round, awards points will only be awarded on the $55 actual cost of the round.
The Links at Union Vale is the final authority on whether a transaction qualifies for Awards Points and reserves the right to deduct Awards Points from a member's account at any time if points are credited in error.
Awards Points may only be used as a credit against eligible Links at Union Vale purchases, made by the member who earned the Awards Points. Awards Points will expire at the end of each calendar year. NOTE: If Awards Points expire without being used, the Awards Points are no longer valid and they will not be credited back to your Customer Rewards Account the following season. Awards Points are not transferable, and have no independent monetary value.
Awards Points will not be given or awarded (or will be recaptured and voided if already awarded), for the following:
- Purchases that are not fully paid
- Shipping and handling charges
- Any and all applicable taxes
- Refunded orders or merchandise
- That portion of a purchase paid for with a coupon, or the subject of a discount or other special offer.
- Orders that take advantage of another special offer or discount offered by The Links to which Awards Points do not apply
Under no circumstance will Awards Points be retroactively credited to an account.
The person paying for round(s) will be awarded the points from that purchase, even if paying for a twosome or foursome. Therefore, golfers should create their own individual Awards Accounts and pay for their own rounds to accrue their own points. Please note that golf outings and group club play are NOT eligible to accrue Awards points.
Award Points Accrual
Your Customer Awards Account will be credited with one Awards Point for each dollar you spend on individual green fees, carts, practice range and Pro Shop merchandise purchases. Accrued points are valued at 2% of dollar value. (Example: a $92 round with cart earns 92 points valued at $1.84 when redeemed.)
Rewards Points Redemption
Awards Points may be redeemed toward purchases of green fees, carts and practice range only.
Award Points cannot be used to pay for food, beverages, golf shop merchandise, the cost of shipping and handling charges and/or any applicable taxes.
Memberships in the Awards Program, your Customer Awards Account, accrued Awards Points are non-transferable. You may not combine your Customer Awards Account and/or Awards Points with those of another customer. Only one person or entity may be enrolled per Customer Awards Account. No customer may maintain more than one Customer Awards Account. The sale or barter of Customer Awards Accounts, Awards Points, or any other benefit of the Awards Program, by or among Awards Program members is expressly prohibited.
The Links at Union Vale reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions and the Awards Program rules, benefits, regulations, points award levels, redeemable merchandise, and any applicable special offers, at any time and without notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website. It is your responsibility and you are encouraged to check in regularly to see if there have been any updates
Awards Point Expiration
Awards Points in your Customer Awards Account will expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were first earned. Please note that once you redeem Awards Points that decision is final; the Awards points will not be credited back to your Customer Awards Account.
Name and Address Changes
You are responsible for updating and advising The Links at Union Vale of any change of name, e-mail, phone number and/or postal zip code on your account.
Rewards Points Statements
No paper or online Customer Awards Account statements will be sent out. You may check on the status of your Customer Awards Account with anyone in the Golf Shop at The Links at Union Vale.
You are responsible for verifying that Awards Points for qualifying activity is credited to your Customer Awards Account. All account discrepancies must be reported in writing within 30 days of the date of activity. Verbal notification of account discrepancies is not accepted. You should maintain copies of qualifying transactions for your records.
